Shipping

By placing an order with Township, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms:

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. A separate email will be issued once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Orders for in stock items are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped using tracked delivery within the United Kingdom.

Certain products are *Made To Order* and therefore require extended processing times. Please allow up to 21 days for production. Dispatch will occur following completion of production, and shipping times may vary.

International shipping may take up to 15 days, subject to destination and customs processing. All international orders are shipped on a tracked basis where available. The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment pass to the customer upon dispatch. Township is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Returns

All sales are final. We only accept returns on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@township-productions.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be in the same condition as received.
